Firstly I have to apologise for the lack of blogs.

This is due to the fact that for the last two nights we’ve stayed in a campsite near Cannes and then on an overnight ferry to Croatia last night.

Plus Europe doesn’t seem to believe in offering free wi-fi in its service stations.

But by some miracle we’ve managed to find a lone free internet site in a service station off the A1 by Rejika in the north of Croatia.

We woke up this morning in Split, in the south of the country, on board our ferry.

After a good night’s sleep, we were back on the road again by 7.30am.

Today’s mission is to get to Venice by 3pm for a team photo in St Mark’s Square.

Seeing that we need to drive 235km in 1.5hrs, it’s safe to say that myself and Manno will not be making the picture.

Never mind.

I have to say that the last three days have been gruelling.

We’ve been on the road each day by 7.30am and then putting in around 14hrs of driving.

It’s nice at the moment just to sit and enjoy the glorious Croatian country and weather.

It really is a beautiful country and I’ll definitely be looking to come back one day.

Tonight, we’re staying in a campsite, high up in the Italian alps, in a place called Valdisotto.

It’s going to be another long drive from Venice.

And somehow I don’t think there will be any wi-fi…
