NO ONE could catch Daniel James as he won every race in his class at the fourth round of the Summer Series.

In fine, dry conditions, he dominated the 125 gearbox class at the Thompson Motors-sponsored meeting.

Sheldon Davey, who like many of the younger drivers is now racing in two classes, followed James home on every occasion in his gearbox debut, but was declared under-weight in heat three, thereby moving James Ozanne up from third.

Unfortunately, the cadet class was rather depleted with the Torode brothers taking part in a motorsport festival in Jersey.

Cameron Robert claimed maximum points for the day, but not without being put under pressure from second-place Bradley Ford who led for five laps of the second heat and was hot on his tail for the entire final.
