Teen admits death by dangerous driving

A TEENAGE motorcyclist has pleaded guilty in the Royal Court to causing the death of Callum Eborall by dangerous driving at Les Banques last year.
The 11-year-old died as a result of the crash, which occurred at about 9.30pm on Friday 15 May.
Two other motorcyclists – Jason Gilbert, who was aged 19 when he appeared before the Magistrate’s Court in October and who gave an address in the Vale, and another who was 17 at that time and cannot be named for legal reasons, have pleaded guilty to driving in a manner dangerous to the public at Les Banques as a result of the same incident.
Sentencing will take place at a later date.
