ON A day when young Aimee Ponte reduced her handicap to a four, it was Carol Wood (pictured) who emerged winner of the Royal Guernsey Ladies’ President’s Prize competition.
Wood shot a net 67 and also won the EWGA medal on offer.
Jean Mills continued her island bronze division matchplay form with a net 73.
