THE Velo Club’s junior Chertsey House Racing league continues to flourish with nearly 90 riders signing on for the evening’s racing at Delancey Park.

Once again, two race courses were set up, one a very exciting MTB cross country course and the other a flat circuit that took in part of the tarmac circuit linked by a grass section across the centre of the park.

‘This week we altered the format a bit with Years 4, 5, 6 and the U14 riders being divided into four divisions based upon ability,’ said organiser Gary Wallbridge.

‘We put two girls in Division One (Hannah English and Katie Rowe) while the rest of the girls formed a girls only division,’ he added.
