Demore takes silver

GAGE DEMORE found himself on the end of a whitewash in the final of the Three Nations tournament in Cardiff.
Having eased past one Welsh lad on Friday, he was defeated 8-0 by the Welsh champion for the past two years, Michael Buckland.
‘Gage did score with a couple of shots, but the judges didn’t mark them down,’ said his Guernsey coach Graham Guilbert.
Demore took the silver medal.
