Titans triumph in extra innings

TWO title races took a potentially decisive swing on an otherwise quiet week in Guernsey softball.
Both the Men’s League and Co-ed Division Two changed dramatic course, much as they have been doing all season, while Co-ed Division One also came a game closer to D-day.
In the lowest of the divisions, the second, Bulldogs’ hammering at the hands of Rookies compared to any other shock seen in the past few months.
After fellow title rivals Rangers had uncharacteristically slipped up recently, the title had been very much Bulldogs’ for the taking.
