Alan Crowe made a civil application against Dan Hubert and Island Waste. It was intended to stop an extraordinary general meeting of Island Waste taking place today at which Mr Crowe could potentially have lost his place on the board.

Sitting alone, Lt-Bailiff Patrick Talbot, QC, was asked to record the agreement and was not called upon to make a ruling.
