Dee-Caf moves out of Town

DROP-IN centre Dee-Caf is opening a centre on Les Genats Estate for the summer holidays.

The future of the charity’s cafe for young people in Town is still in doubt with more funding needed, but a number of agencies have come together to provide a facility outside St Peter Port for the group to carry on its work.
Dee-Caf manager Kim Pattimore said she hoped to see its new centre, which is at number 88 on the estate, open by the middle of this week once it has undergone some refurbishment.
