ORs stay top as visiting teams enjoy a fruitful day

VISITING teams ruled the roost on Saturday in the CI League.

The three fixtures all saw the hosts extend very generous hospitality to allow their guests to cruise to victory on their travels.
That meant that the two Guernsey clubs in action in Jersey both came home with maximum points, with ORs retaining their place at the top of the table because of it.
The leaders faced St Ouen at Grainville where the home side were bowled out for 180 with Guernsey star Lee Savident claiming four wickets.
