Widow seeks to clear porn accused husband’s name

A WIDOW is fighting to clear her husband’s name after he was sacked from the Medical Specialist Group over allegations of having pornography on his computer.
Peter Phillips was dismissed as an IT consultant in October 2008.
He claimed he had not seen the images before and in July he took his former employer to an unfair dismissal tribunal.
But on 9 October 2009 Mr Phillips died suddenly, during a period when the hearing had been adjourned. His widow Heather, as administrator of his estate, wants the tribunal to continue, despite her husband’s death.
