THE ROW over a ban on advertising boards continues after a new poster campaign has baffled seafront retailers.

This week banners advertising the digital TV switchover on the 17 November were installed on lampposts around the island.

But retailers on St Georges Esplanade and Les Banques said they were frustrated with the amount of posters staggered from Town to Bulwer Avenue, especially after the States banned their advertising boards in 2008.
