THE Big Lunch got bigger on Saturday when it was held at Sausmarez Manor for the first time.
The event is one of a series with varying themes that have taken place in Mill Street where organiser Gen Langford is co-owner of The Gallery.
The event was followed by an acoustic version of Funk da Rock, organised by Sam Evans, which usually takes place at the Half Moon.
The day also featured possibly the island’s first jellathon. People were encouraged to bring jellies and coordinator Alice Coggins said she had not really known what to expect.
