Watts this crop circle? Aliens – or naughty boys with a shovel – strike in St Andrew’s

DID aliens visit? Or was it a prankster? The Watts family were left wondering what had caused the shapes in their wheat field.
Farmer James Watts made the discovery on Friday when he went to harvest.
‘He sent me a text saying we had a crop circle,’ said his wife Claire, 40. ‘He said it was quite good so I came up with the children.’
The circle is in their St Andrew’s field, near the Underground Hospital, and is quite well hidden from the road. Whoever did it would have had to cross a field to reach it.

I am a guernsey man completing an MA dissertation in applied theology looking at paranormal psychology, crop circles is something I have looked at, is there anyway that the guernsey press can get an ariel view of this one?

Apparently the rest of the crop was harvested shortly after the GP photographer arrived so there was no time to arrange for an aerial shot. The photographer did manage to get a wide shot, though, and that has been added to the article above.

Shame, there is quite a good photo on the Channel News Site, but this wide angle is OK. It is most likely a hoax, however a genuine phenomenon does seem to exist. This is a very simple formation. One way of telling the difference between a hoax and the real thing is to study the plant nodules. In the real thing, they are damaged/destroyed, and this damage decreases from the centre of the circle to the edge, in the fake ones there is no damage. The website circle makers is interesting, these are people who make them semi professionally, but they acknowledge that something weird is going on as well. Sadly I cant visit this formation as I now live in Canada, happy to discuss further

There was definitely a UFO sighted over Jersey before the crop circles appeared. All we seem to read are stupid answers concerning UFOs that are real. In my life I have seen 3 of them, we are not alone in the universe there are far more intelligent people out there than we are. No one can explain how the pyramids were built or by whom, those blocks were much to heavy for the Egyptians to handle. And the clue is in there shape, pointing skyward, why? because, they are telling us help came from the universe an intelligent race who know the secret of anti gravity that science agrees must have been used.

I like it that way and it has to be that way because you cant use massmedia for that kind of evolution. They possibly did that on many other planets the same way. They are evolution developers. Cool job! :-)

Observing this, the Vogons turned on their PA again. It said:
‘There’s no point acting all surprised about it. All the planning charts and demolition orders have been on display in your local planning
department in Alpha Centauri for fifty of your Earth years, so you’ve had plenty of time to lodge any formal complaint and it’s far too late to start
making a fuss about it now.’
The PA fell silent again and its echo drifted off across the land. The huge ship turned slowly in the sky with easy power. On the underside of each a
hatchway opened, an empty black square.
By this time somebody somewhere must have manned a radio transmitter, located a wavelength and broadcast a message back to the Vogon ships,
to plead on behalf of the island. Nobody ever heard what they said, they only heard the reply. The PA slammed back into life again. The voice was
annoyed. It said:
‘What do you mean you’ve never been to Alpha Centauri? For heaven’s sake Guernsey, it’s only four light years away you know. I’m sorry, but if
you can’t be bothered to take an interest in local affairs that’s your own lookout.
‘Energize the demolition beams.’
Light poured out of the hatchways.
‘I don’t know’ said the voice on the PA, ‘apathetic bloody island, I’ve no sympathy at all.’ It cut off.
There was a terrible ghastly silence.

yes i would like to speak about these crop circles found in guernsey. in the press today friday the 3rd of september in the planet peewee page .is a man named MARTIN BISHOP from 10,Clairval Estate Collings road. wel in his mind he seems to think this is all kind of some joke about UFOS and students with a cupple of planks and a peice of rope lol .dream on mate who ever you are .because iv notised people wil just say anything over here before even having a long hard think about this .i have a friend who comes from london and i will never tel his name who he is. this mate of mine i stay with in london is a sinentist and a biochemist. and he knows the real truth behind all what gos on in this world of ours. and he has had real death threats from the govement to keep his mouth shut because he knows to much .and as for the UFOS coming from out of space a very long way to get here is not true mr bishop. they are already here living on our planet. and this friend of mine has showen me and made me sit and watch these real classified CDS and videos that you will never beleve even if i wanted to tel you but im not because he told me never to tel anyone in guernsey because if the govement get to find out they wil look for me and lock me up for beaning mad of i wil get my self shot just like i saw on one of these videos of hes of a man was killed to be kept quite for saying to much, and was i saw i realy beleve is true and i my self saw four very strange looking things flying over st peter port in june about three months ago over in guernsey on a late sunday nite .and my story was backed up by two mates of mine who saw one three days later on the west coast of guernsey, and a mate of mine saw something in jersey the same nite i saw mine and called me to tel me what he saw ok .and so my dear freind you better start beleveing the real fact that UFOS are real and stop dreaming like everybody eles in guernsey and get out of this goldfish bowel your swimming around in ok end of story.

i just want to point out something about what someone sed on here about chinese lanterns ok. firstly i used to work on aircraft and know everything about them and how they work and everything ,i also happen to know where everything is on every plane that iv worked on. like the wings etc. iv walked up and down on the roof of the plane inside the hanger at guernsey airport ok. so what im realy saying to this person about they think it was these chinese lanterns they think they saw that nite .wel if so can you please tel me and explain to me how any man made thing can turn and fly upside down because it is inpossiball for any real naked flame to burn upside down ok becuse the moment you turn anything with a real burning flame inside of it upside down all the flame wil do is just re right its self and burn up the side of the lantern and also burning your hand and arm at the same time ok got it .and so these things i saw that nite had real flashing eletric lite bulbs in them only on one side of them and both shot up into the nite sky very qwicky with in seconds turning upside down at the same time as they changed their colour almost .now you tel me can any chinese lantern do this .

ok,i wil tel you more and also to prove just how some people on this island of guernsey can be just so dam thick and stupid with some of the things and rubbish they come out with before even thinking about it ok. first about the UFOS coming from out of space as this mr bishop thinks as i sed is not true ok , and hes why .if your reading this letter mr bishop if you dont beleve me or what im telling you then go to YOUTUBE on your comptuer and tipe in the googlebox , USOS and you wil have a shock to see whos right ok not you for shure lol ,and i have never hurd of usos before until my mate from london who is a scientist told me about this ok, and also these classified cds he made me watch nobody wil ever be able to find or get hold of them ever,and i dont even know where he got them from because he wont tel me wen i asked him once, and what these cds show is nothing like any ufo video clips that everyone can see and watch on youtube, no chance. these videos show that their are hundreds of ufos everywhere all around us all over the world, and the reason people over see them now and again and report a sighting of one ,is that they can make their self invisiball and they are all around us even now and hide behind the clouds in the sky everyday, and this classified cd, shows that NASA has come up with a speical kind of infared camra that can pick all the ufos out in the sky ,and the diffrence is all infared camras can only be used at night in the dark, but this speicaly designed imfared camra only works in daylite witch nobody has ever hurd of before .and it shows up ufos everywhere you look night and day just like your very own eyes, but dont try and find this video on youtube because you never wil ok , and as for the crop circles its not man who makes them ok ,first how would anyone get to the middle of any filed in the middle of the nite in pitch black darkness and be able to know where the center of the fild was to get the circles in the right place for a start, you would not know how close you would be to the bank or trees with out daylite to be able to see what your doing or where your walking for a start, at nite in pitch black you could be anywhere in the fild .because you cannot see where you are, and how would it be possiball to get to the middle of the feild with out leveing a flattened footpart and trail behind you where you have walked to get to the middle in the first place, so that ones out lol. so it now leves only two arners left to do this .one is a helecopter in the middle of the night and that would make loads of noise and everybody would here it for miles around, and the last thing would be a tower crane lol to get to the middle and you would never get a crane long enough ,and wood stilts would be no good ,because they are very narrow and would sink strait into the ground with a persons wait on it ok, end of story think about what iv sed ok .

are yes and about the crop circles ,if you go on YOUTUBE and tipe in crop circles you wil see the real fact that almost all have been made by UFOS as very bright balls of lite making these circles across the english landscape .and one of these circles was 1087 feet wide or something like that two football pitchs long unlike out tiny feilds and this crop circle was only made in just 7 mins .and i team of students did a test to see if they could prove that they could do the same ,and it took 12 students two days to do it and took two weeks to plan it ,and it was only 77 feet wide . now see if you beleve in the real truth watch youtube and see the real fact and truth that is was the work of ufos who made them .got it.

Thank heavens you could back up all your UFO claims with some good hard proof! I think we can all agree that YouTube is one of the most reputable, reliable sources of scientific information, nay fact that there is!
Honestly – I do not think I have ever read such a persistent stream of illiterate drivel in all my life. I couldn’t help but laugh when I read that you believe “some people on this island of guernsey can be just so dam thick and stupid”. Then followed it up a few lines later with “as i sed” and “dont beleve me”. It is a wonder to me that you managed to type both “YouTube” and “crop circles” correctly in order to find your hard evidence of alien existence!
I am now terrified of flying as I fear you may have at some point “worked” on the aircraft in question.
