Friday 27th August 2010, 1:00PM BST.

THE Guernsey Brewery site could soon be redeveloped.
The Environment Department have released a development brief providing guidance on what can be done with the Havelet property.
It includes the original brewery buildings, stores, a residential property and a large area of land to the west of the Strand. Developer Comprop has owned the site for the last three years.
Managing director Steve Marie said it had not yet put in any planning applications for the site, but was looking forward to seeing the planning brief.
* Copies of the development brief are available from the Environment Department reception at Sir Charles Frossard House, or can be viewed at www.gov.gg. Comments on the brief are invited until 24 September.
