GAIL KING and Jon Greenfield both finished in the top 10 in their respective races at the World Age Group Championships in Budapest.
Taking place over substantially the same courses as the Elite World Championships Grand Finals, Greenfield raced in the sprint event and King in the Olympic distance race for the 45 to 49s.
The sprint was held in wet conditions and Greenfield got off to a steady start coming out of the water in 14th place after the 750m swim.
He had one of the fastest transitions and a good bike leg enabled him to pick up some places and start the run in sixth place.
