A KITCHEN designer’s life has been destroyed by losing her job, an employment tribunal heard yesterday.

Rosie Henderson was dismissed from her job at Channel Island Ceramics in May after three years with the company, following a verbal warning in February.

She is claiming unfair dismissal and sexual discrimination.  Yesterday, she said losing her job meant she might never work again.

Her relationship with former colleague Jeff Le Messurier was a strong factor in yesterday’s case. Representing CIC, Advocate Peter Ferbrache said she bullied Mr Le Messurier.

The case continues next month.
