GUERNSEY must come up with a plan to help those with dementia, according to one support worker.
Michael Nicholls said the island needed a proper strategy so people with dementia could get the help and choices they needed.
He was speaking at the start of the Memory Walk, the Alzheimer’s Society’s main fund-raiser of the year.
Between 200 and 300 islanders got their walking shoes on to raise money for local dementia services.
