THE Legal Aid Service is reviewing the case of man claiming £50,000 from people who kidnapped and assaulted him.
The revelation came at a case management conference in the Interlocutory Court.
The claim is being made by Nathan Thomson, represented by Advocate Paul Richardson. Mr Thomson wants the money for the personal injury and post-traumatic stress disorder he says he suffered due to the actions of Derek Marsh, Nikita Brehaut and Suzanne Bourgaize in October 2006.
In June last year in the Royal Court, Marsh admitted kidnapping and stabbing Mr Thomson.
Bourgaize admitted kidnapping him and Brehaut admitted assaulting him.
