ANDY PRIAULX has an action-packed few weeks ahead of the final two rounds of the FIA World Touring Car Championship, which will see him swapping his BMW 320si WTCC firstly for a BMW M3 GT2 and then a Holden Commodore.
His first stop is at the Road Atlanta Circuit in Georgia, USA, on 2 October for Petit Le Mans, a round of the 2010 Intercontinental Le Mans Cup. It will be his second visit to the event with the BMW Rahal Letterman Racing Team.
Last year, the triple world champion took part but it was literally a wash-out, with torrential rain bringing the event to a halt halfway through.
‘It was a shame about the weather, but I really enjoyed driving there as it is a fantastic circuit. This year I am hoping for better weather and am keeping my fingers crossed for a good result,’ said Priaulx.
