Skeleton found in St Saviour’s

THE shock discovery of a skeleton near St Saviour’s Church sparked a police inquiry, it emerged yesterday.
A forensic team was drafted in following the find by workers renewing an electricity substation at the back of the rectory garden.
The skull was unearthed near a footpath alongside Le Neuf Chemin Road, which runs between the church and the rectory.
The men, who had been routing cables under the road, stopped to report the macabre discovery straight away.
