Biker’s death ‘accidental’

Ryan Thomson was involved in a fatal motorbike accident outside Mont Varouf School in the Neuf Chemin at around 9:30 on 26th July.
A VERDICT of accidental death was recorded at the conclusion of an inquest yesterday.
Ryan Thomson, 22, died after his motorcycle hit a kerb and collided with a parked car near the former Mont Varouf School on 26 July.
Inspector Richard Medhurst told the inquest that Mr Thomson had been issued with a provisional licence to ride the motorcycle in January. He held a full driving licence for a car.
Recording his verdict, Judge Philip Robey extended the court’s deepest sympathies to Mr Thomson’s family and friends.
