GUERNSEY may now be sitting pretty at the top of the London Two South-West rugby league, but as ever player/coach Jordan Reynolds insists there is still room for improvement.

The Sarnians prevailed 44-28 away to Effingham & Leatherhead on Saturday and thanks to an additional bonus point, leapfrogged Tottonians and Guildford into first place.

Cameron Hayton got the ball rolling with a try after only five minutes as the Sarnians came flying out of the blocks.

James Regnard, Nick Barton and Reynolds added to the tally before half time, with Regnard and Hayton notching another try each in the second half.
