THE Breban sisters enjoyed a successful day at the Guernsey Riding and Hunt Club cross country event.
It was staged in glorious sunshine at Torteval on land near the cliffs which provided the most fantastic backdrop for competitors and spectators.
A testing course was set by Trevor de Garis but the standard was excellent with de Garis himself managing to take home a ribbon on Aboukir Boy in the senior intermediate class.
The senior open class was dominated by the speedy Breban sisters, although Laura recently married and is a Miller now.
