PANTHERS will not have everything their own way when the domestic basketball season gets under way next week at Beau Sejour.
Pat Ogier, the association president, expects Focus HR Solutions to push the defending champions hard for the Division One title.
‘The previous year’s champions are always the team to beat as everyone wants to knock us off our perch,’ said Ogier, who has an added interest in the title situation, as he coaches Panthers.
‘Focus are a well-balanced team so I expect them to push us hard. There are some other good teams in there too so it’s going to be an interesting season.’
