BULLYING in the workplace came under the spotlight at AO Hall’s second annual employment conference.
And like last year’s event, advocates and associates from the local firm acted out parts to illustrate ways in which bullying can happen in a work environment.
The role-play centred on fictional St Andrew’s company Murdstone and saw associate Rachael Farnham as the character Gail being bullied by colleagues Bella, Jen and Richard, acted by Elaine Gray, Tracey Leggett and Callum McNeil respectively.
Several scenes depicted Gail being intimidated, picked on and embarrassed by her colleagues through peer, pair or verbal bullying – or even non-verbal – and visual and cyber bullying.
