STAMPS and collectibles trader Stanley Gibbons has held a successful open evening at its Bordage offices.
The event, which attracted around 40 clients, guests and business associates, was organised to show investors and other interested parties what sort of items and memorabilia the company sold and held in its investment portfolios.
Those on display in Guernsey included a John F. Kennedy tie, a Jackie Kennedy handbag, hats worn by Madonna and Elton John, a Winston Churchill cigar and a range of collectible stamps.
Stanley Gibbons office manager Fred Wynn said the open evening had proved a great success.
