ADAM SHORTO ensured that the halfway point of the Image Group Premier Division was reached in the most dramatic fashion.
A stunning 134 clearance in the opening frame of Gremlin Galacticos’ match against North Legionnaires saw the Guernsey captain clear all but one red, with the final black taking him past Martyn Desperques’ previous competitive best of 128.

Not until the last blue did Shorto end up on the wrong side and having to settle for a long pink, which he managed to pot and hold for perfect position on the black.
