Aspire, which has been founded by Laura Duquemin (pictured), provides a range of products and services that can support chief executives, senior managers, team leaders and individuals throughout a business to give them the right tools to support their development.

Its services range from executive coaching, team coaching and personal life coaching through to bespoke soft skills training and recruitment solutions using specialised behavioural profiling.
