CLUBHOUSE Casuals came from 2-0 down to beat Independents in the round-robin stages of the men’s division one cup hockey competition.
The earlier match between Investec Colombians and Cenkos Yobbos had been postponed due to a snow-covered pitch, but an improvement in conditions at Foote’s Lane during the afternoon enabled Casuals to take on Indies.

They also boasted a debut for England Mixed captain, Andy Whalley.
