New premises give Ipes room to keep growing

A MOVE to modern new offices is the latest chapter in the growth story of Guernsey finance firm Ipes.
The private equity fund administrator moved into the ground floor offices of the Royal Plaza premises on Royal Avenue just before Christmas.
It brought to a close its time at offices in Victoria Road, which had been its home since 1998.
Michel Davy, managing director of Ipes in Guernsey (pictured), said the company had simply outgrown its old premises and needed room for further expansion, which the new open plan office possesses.
