Two babies at once took some getting used to, say IVF couple

THE parents of IVF twins say their first year together has been an emotional rollercoaster.

Eddie and Susan Costley had almost given up on being parents.

After four failed attempts at IVF, they thought they would never have children but, prompted by news that Mrs Costley’s sister was pregnant, they decided to give it one last try.

‘All my generation were pregnant at the time, my sister and my two cousins in the UK. Eddie said let’s give it another go and I said no at first,’ said Mrs Costley.
