‘Framed‘ man tries to find out who he should sue

A MAN who began an action against the States nearly five years ago is still trying to find out if he is suing the right entity.

In 2000, Stephen Le Huray was charged with importing £40,000-worth of the class A drug Ecstasy into Guernsey but the case was dismissed when the prosecution offered no evidence.
