Healthspan to be sold, reports national media

HEALTHSPAN is close to being sold in a £150m. deal, according to national media reports.
It comes after the company announced Healthspan Leisure, its group of hotels, was to be renamed the Vista Hotels Group.
The national reports claim Healthspan’s owner Derek Coates (pictured) was ‘poised’ to sell the vitamins and minerals business.
Attempts to contact Mr Coates this morning about the reported deal failed.
