Child porn accused ‘out on street’ after accident

JUST hours after leaving hospital with a serious head injury, a 51-year-old man found himself out on the streets and accused of child pornography, the Royal Court heard yesterday.
The accused said he spent a week in hospital recovering from injuries sustained from falling down stairs.
He was then picked up from hospital by his wife, not knowing that she had called police a week before and told them he was trying to poison her and that there were child sex videos on his PC.
The man does not deny that 147 still child pornography images and seven videos were on his computer but yesterday accused his second wife of setting him up.
