Guernsey 36, Twickenham 5
NEW signing Lewis Miller made an instant impact as Guernsey returned to top form and the top of the London Two South West table with a convincing 36-5 win over Twickenham in the Foote’s Lane sunshine on Saturday.

A big crowd of 400-plus saw back rower Miller, who has been playing for Cleve in National League Three, go over for the first of Guernsey’s five tries on their way to an important bonus point while leaders Guildford were crashing to a 28-13 loss at third-placed Trojans.

Guernsey now top the table by four points with five games left.

Player-coach Jordan Reynolds grimaced through the discomfort of a hamstring injury to praise his side and the new boy.
