ANGERED by what he believed were sarcastic comments being directed at him by occupants of a parked car, Sean Allen pulled a knife on a man standing beside it having a cigarette.
The 28-year-old pinned Adam Le Gallez to the car and held a Stanley knife to his throat before walking off.
The incident happened at 1.40am on 19 December.
In the Magistrate’s Court, Allen, of Flat 2, 17, Mill Street, St Peter Port, admitted assault and was sent to prison for 14 months.
