Friday 11th March 2011, 2:55PM GMT.

Peter NivenGUERNSEY is the location of choice for private equity fund administration, according to a survey of chief financial officers.

The Private Equity News and State Street chief financial officers survey found that just under two-thirds of respondents said Guernsey was their preferred destination for private equity outsourcing.

The selection of Guernsey by 61% of respondents was more than that of Jersey (15%), London (15%) and Luxembourg (7.7%) combined.

The results were an extremely strong endorsement of the island’s private equity fund administration offering, according to GuernseyFinance chief executive Peter Niven (pictured).
