Sark folk festival organisers limit their liabilities

THE committee organising the Sark Folk Festival has become a company limited by guarantee.
The first festival took place last year and was a sell-out.
Ahead of this year’s event, which takes place from 1 to 3 July, the team has demonstrated its commitment by adopting LBG status.
Despite the change, Sark Folk Festival remains a not-for-profit organisation and a registered Guernsey charity.
