Alan RoussellA POINTS system used by a fulfilment company to sack employees after MX2 went bust was unfair, a former staff member has said.

The claim heard by an employment tribunal was made by 55-year-old Alan Roussell (pictured), who in 2010 was made redundant from Regency Fulfilment after three-and-a-half years’ employment.
