TRISTAN ROBILLIARD made the most of Seb Foy’s withdrawal to win the first of the four-race 5km park series.
And as Lee Merrien picked up the news from his altitude training camp in Kenya, he will have been well pleased to hear of the success of his long-time friend and former Sylvans Railway teammate.

Young George Mason ran a superb race to take fourth, just behind senior runner Steve Bienvenu.
