BRADLEY WATSON will this week sign a contract with top promoter Frank Maloney that will secure his fighting future.
More than 200 Watson fans headed to Southampton last weekend to see the 20-year-old Sarnian launch his professional career with a points win over Salim Salimov in their flyweight fight on the sell-out ‘Blood, Sweat and Drama at Club Oceana’ show.
Maloney was at ringside and will meet with Watson’s manager Mickey Helliet this week about promoting the flyweight prospect.
Maloney’s shows are screened live on Sky Sports and Watson is expected to box in front of their cameras on a massive championship bill in May.
