A STUNNING injury-time equaliser from Scott Bougourd saw North steal a point in an extraordinary game last night.

Ross Cameron’s men looked dead and buried when Rangers took a 3-0 lead with a quarter of an hour remaining at Northfield, but in an astonishing last 10 minutes the home side finally started creating chances – and crucially they took them.

The visitors were good value for their lead up to that point and could have even enjoyed such a cushion at half-time.

As it was, they had to settle for just the one goal in the opening period, well finished by Dale Garland with a drive into the bottom corner from the edge of the penalty area after a slick 17th-minute break involving Billy Page and Ryan Gontier.
