ONE of Guernsey’s most famous rooms is now home to investment and stockbroking firm Cenkos Channel Islands.
The James Saumarez Hall at the Markets, which is named after Guernsey’s greatest naval hero, has recently been kitted out as Cenkos’ new dealing and settlement room following its relocation earlier this month from offices in New Street.
In total, Cenkos has taken over 4,500sq. ft of the top floor office space at the Markets, which in addition to the dealing room includes four meeting rooms, a reception area and further office space for the company’s compliance and finance department and its Channel Islands investment management team.
Jon Ravenscroft, chief executive of Cenkos Channel Islands, said he was delighted to be based in one of Guernsey’s most historic buildings.
