A MAN found guilty of the attempted murder of his love rival has been jailed for 15 years.
Anthony Jones, 53, was found convicted by an 8-1 majority of trying to kill local man Richard Wordsworth following a 10-day trial in the Royal Court.
Jones had denied the offence, which took place at the victim’s St Sampson’s home on 3 February 2010.
Delivering the sentence, Judge Russell Finch said Jones’ evidence during the trial had been ‘simply not credible’.

So why didnt she recieve the same sentance? The only reason is, is that Guernsey law and Guernsey court is a joke!
