Holley finds gremlins in Desperques’ game

Adrian Holley was given little chance of a second title at the RAFA Club against five-times winner and king of the centurymakers Martyn Desperques.
But ‘H’ was not listening to the script and he came back from 1-3 down in the best-of-seven final to win 4-3 and so doing book his place in the Guernsey snooker team to play Jersey shortly.
Holley knew only victory could save his island spot, so wretched has his form been all season.
