CUSTOMERS using Lloyds TSB’s Smith Street branch have been experiencing a new look and feel after an extensive refurbishment of the bank.
The work, which began in mid-January, was completed at the end of last month.

Changes include the enquiries counter moving from the lower floor to the bank’s mezzanine floor, opposite the cashiers, while the downstairs reception area has been transformed into a premier banking area with interview rooms.
