I was wrong

My last post questioned why we should care as these people really have nothing to do with us.

But since that time I have had a complete turn around.

Watching a BBC news programme I learned how Kate Middleton has gone from ‘rags to riches’.

Essentially Kate mother’s mother had a mother who moved down south but who’s mother actually lived in a Durham pit village.

I find this interesting because I am from up north.

My dad is Paul, and his dad is Keith, and his dad had a dad who had a friend who in a previous life was actually a piece of coal.

It’s pretty much going to be a family celebration on the 29th.

Thank you Mr Researcher for shoving that revelation down my neck; that’s really changed my outlook on life.

Clearly it’s only a matter of days before we commoners are going to be shacked up with the future king or Tsar.
