RANGERS’ imminent move to Les Vauxbelets is good news for local football, according to senior coach Paul Ockleford.
The club have received permission to build a new pavilion on the site in front of Blanchelande College and are currently in negotiations with the school about leasing the pitch in time for the start of next season.
Should that be completed and the first team having a new home venue, Ockleford thinks it is great news for his club and the league as a whole.
‘I have always wanted a pitch that is above what we have at St Andrew’s,’ he said.
