Disappointment for campaigners as Ritz looks set to be housing
Thursday 21st April 2011, 1:00PM BST.

St Saviour's Tavern closed in 2007.
PLANNERS have recommended that St Saviour’s Tavern can be converted into housing, much to the dismay of a group which has campaigned for the pub to return.

Corinne Connolly, who heads campaign group Start – Save Tavern and Restore Tradition – said she was unable to attend Tuesday’s meeting.
